XiJet designs and manufactures industrial inkjet print controllers as well as turnkey print systems that include all the hardware and software you need to integrate with a transport system and start printing variable or fixed digital data. Our turnkey systems consist of print heads, ink, software, and peripheral hardware. We sell these products directly to OEMs and also to end users through a worldwide dealer network.

XiJet offers solutions for a range of print head technologies and inks that are appropriate for different applications. Today we supply print controllers and turnkey systems based on thermal and piezoelectric drop-on-demand inkjet print heads from Lexmark, HP, Konica Minolta, Xaar, and others. We developed a core print controller architecture that is easily extended to support additional print head models. XiJet products support a variety of single pass and wide format printing applications. Print media can be fed via a feeder/conveyor, web fed, or fixed on a flatbed table. We print with water-based, oil-based, solvent-based, or UV curable inks, depending on the print head.

Target markets include packaging (product decoration, coding and marking), mailing (addressing, postal indicia printing, stamp cancellation), wide format graphics, label/ticket/tag printing, and transaction printing.
